Online Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Pronouns: she/ella

Natalia is a licensed clinical psychologist with experience working with quarterlife clients in various moments of transition, change, and loss. Her own experiences with immigration, being a “cultural in-betweener”, and navigating many moments of change in her life impacted her interest in working with college students and adults in college counseling and community centers. Some of these experiences also inform her passion for social justice issues and her interests in relational psychodynamic therapy, focusing on issues of relationships, identity development, racial and sexual trauma, immigration, and diversity (particularly around racial, cultural, gender, and sexual identities). She uses an integrative approach to therapy to best fit where clients may be in their journey. She is bilingual and able to conduct therapy in English and Spanish.

In addition to helping clients, Natalia likes to be involved in her community and keep her “inner-child” alive. She engages with sports, various types of creative crafts, reading, cooking, dancing, and spending time with her spouse and cat. She believes Sunday mornings should always start with music or a National Geographic documentary. She is fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).

Personally Speaking - "Quarterlife is such a perfect age to engage in therapy—to honor your past and where you come from, to be in your present, and to help develop agency in building the future. Therapy is an opportunity to cultivate an understanding of yourself, your relationships, and your lived experiences to help in this process."
