Melissa Panasko strongly believes that the time of quarterlife presents itself as a wonderful opportunity to explore healthy coping skills to create a life of meaning, connection and purpose. It is her intention, by creating a partnership with her clients, to facilitate a safe space for people to reduce their suffering and explore the endless possibilities for increasing life satisfaction. She is successful at helping young adults along their journeys of discovering emotional health and wellness. Melissa practices yoga, and she is skilled at helping clients understand the mind-body connection.
She serves as the Conference Chair for The South Carolina Society for Clinical Social Work.
